Warranties

Warranty Card Requirements:

• The Warranty Card must be completely filled out, duly signed, and stamped by the dealer.
• The product must be purchased from an authorized dealer of the brand for warranty claims.
• The original Warranty Card must be presented at the time of the claim.

2 Years Product & 3 Years' Service Warranty:

• The Product Warranty is valid for a duration of 2 years.
• The warranty is limited to the rectification of faults that occur during the warranty period.
• After the 2-year Product Warranty period, Service charges will be free for the next 3 years, and only the cost of components will be charged.
• Logistics of the inverter will be the customer's responsibility.
• If the external seal of the inverter is broken, a service charge of 2000/- will be applied, in addition to the cost of replaced components.
• Customers and Dealers cannot make any changes to the warranty terms and conditions or the details once filled in on the Warranty Card; otherwise, the warranty will be considered void.
• Faulty components & PCB will not be returned after replacement.
• Anicsun will not be responsible for replacing a faulty inverter with a new one.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This Warranty does not cover any defects or damages caused by:

• Improper transportation and delivery.
• Failure to comply with product guidelines, warnings, or instructions, including but not limited to technical specifications, installation guidelines, design guidelines, etc.
• Improper use or misuse of the products, including accidents and external influences beyond the control of Anicsun.
• Damage to the Inverter originating from external factors (e.g., voltage surge from the PV array DC side or from the grid AC side, liquid spillage, insects, lizards, etc.).
• Force majeure events (e.g., war, crime, riots, strikes, natural disasters, etc.) or impact damage.
• Conditions exceeding the voltage, temperature, and any other operational specifications.
• Power failures, surges, storms, lightning, floods, fires, breakdowns of transport, telecommunication, or voltage spikes.
• Any damage to the enclosure/casing of the Inverter.
• This warranty does not cover fuses, surge suppressors, filters, or cosmetic damages to the enclosure and equipment.
